Jameson House is a landmark mixed-use city centre development including high end residential apartments, boutique retail and office space. A key element of the tower design is its engagement with its historic setting through the restoration and integration of the new building with the listed Ceperley Rounsfell Building and Chamber of Mines.

The highly efficient servicing of the building also reduces energy use with the mix of uses enabling a shared energy cycle with day and night settings.
Tri-generation plant provides power, heating and cooling and daylight sensitive lighting control, displacement ventilation and exposed thermal mass in the offices and underfloor hydronic radiant heating and cooling in the apartments further enhance delivered efficiency. The new elements of the development are also clad in high-performance glazing specification. The building design achieves LEED-Canada Silver status.
