We identify local standards, regional best practice and international benchmarks from which to establish sustainability targets that are specific to each project – identifying opportunities to go beyond ‘business as usual’ wherever possible.

Our LEED APs and licensed BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes assessors can undertake strategic or full assessment services. Greenmark, Greenstar, HQE, SBTools, Estidama and One Planet Living have also been used by PHA Consult to establish targets for projects around the world.
